Time Magazine’s support of the President’s agenda: Weaken us abroad, entertain us here at home

Time Magazine is happy to broadcast America’s humiliation at the hands of Russia’s President Putin to everybody but its American readers.  Putin appears on the covers of the European, Asian and South Pacific editions; but lo and behold what the editors chose for the American/United States of Obama cover.

PutinCover2As Neil Munro, the White House Correspondent for the Daily Caller reports:

Time magazine’s cover for its Sept. 16 issue features a picture of contented-looking Russian president Vladimir Putin, complete with a black background and a damning caption that declares “America’s weak and waffling, Russia’s rich and resurgent.” But Time’s editors are shielding Americans from the demoralizing picture, putting a cheerful, sky-blue photo on the covers of magazines distributed in the United States….

The foreign covers acknowledge Putin’s triumph over Obama, telling foreigners that Putin “doesn’t care what anybody thinks of him.”

If we recognize that President Obama’s goal is to weaken the US both economically as well as on the international front, this episode has been hugely successful, and these Time covers help weaken us abroad, and hide the truth from us here at home…

It’s hard to imagine a more blatant indication of their disdain for American readers.

But wait!  Maybe Time magazine thinks we can’t handle another Egyptian revolution either.  The cover on the left?  US Edition.  The cover on the right?  The rest of the world..
